Workshop Overview

The ultimate CONNECTION workshop! This is an interactive, customized high-impact training opportunity for administrators, faculty, student leaders, human resources, orientation leaders, student affairs, Greek life, RAs and new students, etc. to be provided with proven, exciting and highly effective tools to build the foundation of their diversity programming and to improve team cohesion in any group. The Keep it Real Diverse Rx2 game workshops have proven to break down barriers across racial, class, religious, ethnic and ALL divides while building trust, solid bridges and building sustainable community.

These workshops make team-building and cultural competency extraordinarily fun and easy. We guarantee that those who don’t know one another (and might never engage with one another) will form genuine transparent connections, and all will grow closer in understanding, compassion and friendship. The exercises used in the workshop are designed specifically to your needs, in order to achieve YOUR desired goals and outcomes!
